At Speed of Life Coaching we recognise that the most significant life transition that a woman ever faces is the journey into Motherhood . It is a transition that is full of firsts, and the only one that no one can every fully prepare you for -  in-spite of the largely   unsolicited advice pregnant women and new mothers seem to receive from strangers! 

As a mother of three, Michelle Keeffe understands how challenging the transition into motherhood (unwanted advice and all) and works with women and mothers to find the right balance, resources and strategies for themselves and their families. She is a advocate for creating "your all", rather than trying to attain the ever elusive "it all".

Maternity and Return to Work Coaching supports women to thrive through working professional to mother to working mother transitions through coaching and mentoring support in a non-judgemental and nurturing environment.

Return to Work Coaching Package

Our Return-to-Work  Coaching Package is focused on getting you prepared for the transition back into the workforce, post-maternity leave. Over four sessions we work to build confidence in your pre-baby abilities, ease anxiety and mother-guilt, identify potential workplace issues and develop strategies to give you greater work-life balance.

Your Return-to-Work   Coaching Package includes:

  • A comprehensive starter pack to get help you ensure that you are covering off all the important 'to-dos' prior to returning to work
  • Private coaching calls (Face-to-Face or Skype sessions - 4 x 60 minutes) held during and after Maternity Leave to support you prepare and manage your transition back into the workforce.
  • Resources and worksheets to support you throughout the process!
  • Cheer squad access to me via email to give you extra support and accountability throughout your coaching journey.
 

Maternity Coaching Package

Our Maternity Coaching Package commences while you are pregnant and still at work, because ultimately there is no better time to consider our options and plan for the transition. Over the course of your pregnancy,  we you will be supported in your preparation for  Maternity Leave, and can cover topics such as career progression, communication and managing expectations. During Maternity Leave we focus on the  Return to Work process as detailed in our Return to Work Coaching Package.

Your  MaternityCoaching Package includes:

  • A comprehensive starter pack to get help you ensure that you are covering off all the important 'to-dos' prior to commencing Maternity Leave, plus another for Returning to Work
  • Private coaching calls (Face-to-Face or Skype sessions - 6 x 60 minutes) held during and after Maternity Leave to support you prepare and manage your transition to Motherhood and   back into the workforce.
  • Resources and worksheets to support you throughout the process!
  • Cheer squad access to me via email to give you extra support and accountability throughout your coaching journey.

NOTE: If you are thinking about using your Maternity Leave to start a business or change career - this package can  be adapted to suit your needs.

"Bring Your Bub" Coaching Sessions

As a mother of three boys (the youngest still a toddler), I understand the challenges that come with balancing a family and pursuing your career or business aspirations.  I also know just how hard it can be to find time to schedule coaching sessions that fit around work and/or family needs. We offer limited 'outside hours' appointment upon request and we are more than happy for your to bring your little   with you to coaching sessions.
