Smooth Transitions Workshops

Workshops can be held onsite for small groups of employees and/or managers; and typically run for no more than two hours to have a minimal interference to busy workplaces.

Workshops are focussed on work-life  balance, wellness and productivity and are beneficial for   employees are returning to the workforce, may have recently returned to work or are working parents.

We strongly believe that a healthy and happy employee is a productive employee.

Developing Work-Life Balance

One of the greatest challenges that a working mother (or father) faces is striving to achieve the ever-elusive work-life balance. In this workshop participants are challenged to shift their expectations of 'having it all' and are  guided to define their ideal life balance, identify practical strategies and create a plan   that will bring them closer   achieving that balance.

Enhanced Well-Being

The pace of life is always increasing, and at times is seems impossible to slow down or switch off from work, family or other professional commitments. The ongoing nature of these stressors can impact and undermine the health and well-being of employees and managers alike. When heath and well-being decline, so does productivity, concentration and effectiveness in the workplace.

In this workshop participants are guided to analyse their current state of health and well-being, identify key areas that need to be enhanced and develop a practical plan to improve their health and well-being.
